We were there for 1 day, everything was very good, greatly enjoyed its particularly good location really close to the shared garden, Blenhiem palace for music show so easy to get to, and the outskirts of Oxford.

The location turned out to be magnificent and stunning, close to the next pub, the city centre with regular bus services stopping practically outside the front door and Oxford downtown. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from North Oxford Golf Club.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location, for an event we were attending. And it was also near bus station and Tolkien grave, Blenhiem palace for music show so easy to get to, and Oxford downtown.

The place is nicely decorated and has excellent location somewhere to sit in garden. The standard queen studio overlooks garden and includes fridges, a kettle, and glassware. The breakfast is satisfactory with a great selection of things to eat and drink. Would happily return, the property exceeded high expectations.
